Zaid Abdulla c5efaacb79 Recover from invalid parameter name faults 
A fault can happen if a parameter no longer exists. This code attempts
to recover from the fault by refreshing the relavent parameters.

Paulo George Gomes Bezerra 819d67e8aa Using if instead of -n in copy 
Alpine linux does not have -n option in copy binary.
To avoid a problem on configure, I replaced the command with an "if".
